After completing successfully the Bachelor in Electronics Engineering, I started of my career at SCPL, Pune as a Customer Support Engineer. Here, I was offering support on Microsoft Software and various Hardware like Compaq, Digital and HP. Later on, I was promoted to In-charge Customer Support Division.

After working for an year with SCPL, I moved onto Systech Limited, Pune. Here, I got an opportunity to work on development projects at Indian Airforce, Indian Navy, Malaysian Airforce and General Electic. Along with five other team members, I was involved in System Design for Flight Data Analyzer for MIG and Sukhoi aircrafts. After this, I was leading a team of software engineers and support engineers to complete the Diamond Powder Sedimentation Controller design and implementation project for one of the subsidiaries of General Electric. In Systech the experience was system and network design, implementation and project management.

After a two and half years of stay at Systech Limited, I got a chance to work with DDE ORG Systems Limited, Pune. My stay at DDE ORG was the shortest one where I was involved in extending support on Windows NT and Unix Networks.

Then, I moved on to C_DAC (Center For Development Of Advanced Computing) and relocated to my native place, Karad to one of their training/development centers in the capacity of "Manager Systems and Networks". There, I was involved in Network Design, implementation, systems/database administration. In a way I was responsible for the operatin of the place. I was with C-DAC for about an year.

Currnetly, I am with IT Solutions (India) Private Ltd., as Senior Systems and Network Administrator for the last 9 months. ITS is a software firm based in Bangalore, with the headquarters situated in San Ramon, California, USA.
